Events
All of our kitties are currently in loving foster homes where they are comfortable being cared for until adoption. We typically schedule events on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis at our partner stores to promote meet and greets and adoptions or local events where we get to spend time with the community and have fun with our kitties!

If you are interested in meeting Tails High cats and kittens, the best way to do so would be to complete an Adoption Application and once approved, our Adoption Team will coordinate an in-person meet and greet at the private residence of our foster volunteer. We do not have a physical shelter space to visit.
Spring2ACTion, Alexandria’s annual giving day, is Wednesday, April 22nd! This is a special day in our community to raise awareness for all of the organizations working for important causes, including Tails High, and our efforts to save cats and kittens.
2026 has already brought us challenging medical cases, ranging from cancer diagnoses to limb amputations, critical hospitalizations, urinary blockages and eye enucleations. We’ve spent over $30,000 in just the last few weeks alone. No expense is spared to get these cats and kittens healthy, happy and on the path to the life they deserve. During Spring2ACTion 2025, you helped us raise $38,000 which allowed us to help over 400 cats and kittens throughout the year – many with extreme medical needs. We’re hopeful to surpass that astonishing amount tomorrow, focusing on the critical cats and kittens that need our help, and we know we can do it with your support!
